Role Overview (Based on Industry Standards):
The Manager Shift will be responsible for overseeing shift operations, ensuring safe and efficient plant operations, managing production targets, and leading a team of operators and trainees. The role requires strong technical knowledge of chemical processes, problem-solving abilities, and leadership skills.
