Position Available
Junior Executive – Industrial Engineering
Experience: 1.5 to 2 years in any reputable organization
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Industrial Engineering team in monitoring production processes, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinating with Production and other relevant departments to ensure timely execution of assigned activities.
- Collecting, compiling, and maintaining production and Industrial Engineering data for analysis and reporting.
- Assisting in identifying production bottlenecks, process inefficiencies, and areas for operational improvement.
- Following up with concerned departments on assigned actions and ensuring timely closure of pending activities.
- Preparing routine reports, correspondence, and documentation related to Industrial Engineering activities.
- Supporting the implementation and monitoring of process improvement initiatives across the Apparel unit.
- Maintaining effective communication with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth execution of Industrial Engineering activities.
Required Skill Set:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in professional email writing and documentation.
- Good interdepartmental coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good reporting and organizational abilities.
