We are looking for:
A New Product Development Executive who will be responsible for developing and optimizing pharmaceutical formulations, supporting technology transfer, troubleshooting commercial products, and preparing technical documentation to ensure successful product development and regulatory compliance.
Eligibility:
Qualification: Pharm-D.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience with pharmaceutical New Product Development / formulation development.
Key Responsibilities (Based on Industry Standards):
Develop and optimize pharmaceutical formulations for new products.
Support technology transfer from R&D to production scale.
Troubleshoot commercial products and resolve formulation-related issues.
Prepare technical documentation for product development and regulatory submissions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and regulatory affairs.
Conduct stability studies and ensure product quality and compliance.
