We Are Looking For:
An Assistant Manager Distribution to oversee end-to-end distribution operations, coordinating with sales, warehouse, regulatory, and logistics partners to execute dispatch plans, manage OTIF performance, and ensure GDP-compliant delivery of pharmaceutical products across the network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end distribution operations across the network.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, regulatory, and logistics partners.
- Execute dispatch plans to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance.
- Ensure GDP (Good Distribution Practice) compliant delivery of pharmaceutical products.
- Monitor distribution performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate distribution records and documentation.
- Resolve distribution-related issues to minimize delays.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
