Job Scope:
- Lead Product Management Team of respective Acute Segment.
- Supervise and control brand budgets, forecasts, and expenses; and assess the marketing mix of the products to evaluate cost effectiveness and delivery of results.
- Monitor competitors’ promotion tactics, pricing, product positioning, and marketing moves, as well as their product line performance.
- Undertake feasibility analysis/market research for new opportunities; and launching of new products.
- Share Business Insights via IMS/SA/PLD with Team to ensure steady conversion of high potential bricks on Assigned Brands/Portfolio.
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of inputs to field force.
Specifications:
- Minimum 8-10 years in Pharma marketing with successful product launches.
- Excellent People management, interpersonal skills, communication skills and decision-making skills.
- Analytical skills i.e., to interpret and draw inference from market research.
- Cross-functional co-ordination.
