MUSHQ, a leading name in Pakistan’s fashion and lifestyle industry, is expanding its finance, supply chain, and e-commerce teams and looking for talented professionals to join its Lahore operations. We are currently hiring for three key positions.

Available Positions

1. Senior Accountant (Retail Finance)
Qualification: Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in the Retail industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day financial operations of retail stores and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in the ERP system.
• Perform daily store sales reconciliation between POS, ERP, cash collections, bank/card payments, and other payment channels.
• Reconcile cash collections, credit/debit card transactions, bank deposits, and digital payment receipts.
• Monitor and reconcile store-wise sales, discounts, returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
• Review and record store operating expenses in the accounting system with proper supporting documentation.
• Support month-end closing activities, including accruals, provisions, reconciliations, and store-wise expense reviews.
• Ensure proper financial controls and compliance with company policies across retail operations.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/Odoo will be preferred.

2. Dispatch & Inventory Control Officer
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field
Experience: Experience in retail, fashion, e-commerce, or multi-location warehouse operations will be preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor all stock inward and outward movements from the warehouse.
• Prepare and maintain IGP (Inward Gate Pass) for all stock received into the warehouse.
• Ensure IGP/OGP are properly maintained both manually and in the ERP/Odoo system.
• Verify quantities, product details, barcodes/SKUs, and supporting documents before accepting or dispatching stock.
• Record all stock movements accurately and on a timely basis in the ERP system.
• Maintain records of inter-warehouse and inter-store stock transfers.
• Good working knowledge of ERP systems; Odoo experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory documentation and stock movement procedures.
• Good command of MS Excel and inventory reporting.

3. E-Commerce Finance & Reconciliation Specialist
Qualification: Master’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience in E-Commerce Finance, Reconciliation, or Accounts, preferably within the Retail industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily E-Commerce sales reconciliation between Shopify/E-Commerce platforms, order management systems, courier partners, and Odoo.
• Reconcile order-wise sales, including delivered, cancelled, returned, and refunded orders.
• Perform regular stock reconciliation between the E-Commerce platform, warehouse/system records, and courier/order management systems.
• Reconcile courier COD/payment settlements and identify discrepancies or outstanding amounts.
• Ensure all delivered/confirmed E-Commerce orders are accurately and timely recorded in Odoo.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between E-Commerce platforms, courier records, and Odoo.
• Monitor pending orders and ensure that no valid E-Commerce sale remains unrecorded or delayed in the financial system.
• Record all E-com related financial transactions in the system.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/Odoo will be preferred.
