Nayab Azhar Appointed as Head of Quality Assurance & HR at Z International School

Nayab Azhar has embarked on an exciting new chapter as Head of Quality Assurance & HR at Z International School. With expertise in human resources, quality assurance, talent acquisition, organizational development, and workforce planning, she brings a strong combination of people leadership and organizational excellence.

Prior to this role, Nayab served as Head of Career Counselling and Academic Lead at Sceptre College, where she led career guidance, academic development, university partnerships, and student support initiatives. Her earlier experience with The City School Official, Cast of Minds, and Army Public School further strengthened her expertise in counselling, learning and development, academic leadership, and people development.

Holding an MPhil in Psychology from Karachi University and a BS (Hons) in Psychology from Bahria University, Nayab combines psychological insight with strategic leadership to strengthen HR, quality systems, and institutional effectiveness at Z International School.
