1️⃣ Full Stack Developer

Job Description:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js, Next.js, Express.js, and Nest.js.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and senior engineers to transform requirements into efficient, scalable architecture.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with a focus on performance, security, and reliability.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog grooming using tools like JIRA.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following modern development best practices.
- Utilize Git for version control, contribute to code reviews, and support CI/CD workflows.
- Actively contribute to documentation, design discussions, and team knowledge sharing.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (16 years of education).
- Proficiency in React.js and Next.js for frontend development.
- Hands-on experience with Express.js and Nest.js for backend development.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), data structures, and database concepts (SQL/NoSQL).
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with PHP and frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, etc.
- Exposure to unit testing, API documentation tools (e.g., Swagger), or cloud platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Docker and container-based development.
2️⃣ Network Support Engineer

Job Description:
- To handle network deployment/maintenance of FTTH Network & GPON Network which includes Fiber optic cable laying/splicing/testing, ONT installation, router configuration, and delivery of triple play services (Internet, cable TV, and phone).
- To supervise field team(s) ensuring KPIs are met.
- For reading and understanding manufacturer documentation/manuals of different equipment used in Transmission.
- Conduct surveys of high-rise buildings, sites, and monitor deployment of network.
- Monitor complete installations of FTTH, understanding customer requirements at the time of survey and preparing cost estimate for new installations.
- Having knowledge of Wi-Fi coverage tools will be an added advantage.
Requirements:
- BS Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication/Mechatronics Engineering.
- Good Analytical & Communication Skills.
