1. Area Sales Manager – North
Brand: Outfitters
Region: Islamabad / Rawalpindi (North)
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business or equivalent field
Experience: 3-5 years in retail operations, with experience in multi-store management and team leadership

Job Description:

• Drive sales and performance across multiple stores, delivering area revenue and productivity targets.
• Analyze store KPIs and sales trends to improve UPT, ATV, footfall conversion, and overall performance.
• Ensure operational and brand consistency through regular store visits, SOP, VM, and customer service compliance.
• Coach and develop Branch Managers and store teams, driving accountability, performance, and service excellence.
• Monitor inventory and loss prevention, ensuring stock availability, transfers, markdowns, and shrinkage control.

2. Assistant Manager Legal
Department: Legal & Corporate Affairs
Qualification: LL.B., enrollment with the Bar. A foreign law qualification or LL.M. will be preferred.
Experience: 3-6 years in a corporate legal department or reputable law firm.

Job Description:

• Identify, track, and ensure timely fulfillment of corporate compliance obligations for the Group’s international entities across jurisdictions including the UK, USA, UAE, and Canada, maintaining an updated jurisdiction-wise compliance matrix.
• Review, vet, and negotiate international lease agreements, amendments, and renewals for overseas locations, coordinating with local solicitors and external counsel to facilitate timely execution.
• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial agreements including vendor, procurement, consultancy, marketing, IT, service, warehousing, e-commerce, supply chain, franchise/distribution, and confidentiality agreements across domestic and international operations.
• Manage the Group’s intellectual property portfolio, including filings, registrations, oppositions, and renewals, while addressing unauthorized use across websites, social media, and digital marketplaces in coordination with external counsel.
• Support company-secretarial activities for overseas subsidiaries, including statutory filings, corporate registers, resolutions, and correspondence with local regulators and tax authorities.
• Prepare and coordinate legally sound responses to legal notices, show-cause notices, and regulatory correspondence received from authorities and third parties across relevant jurisdictions.
• Support domestic store-level legal matters by reviewing lease deeds and addenda, advising on contractual terms and risk allocation, and assisting with tenancy and landlord-related matters.
• Maintain organized physical and digital repositories of contracts, leases, IP records, corporate filings, regulatory correspondence, and other legal documentation with effective status and deadline tracking.\
