Available Positions
1. Assistant Manager – SAP ABAP
Company: Packages Limited
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop, customize, and enhance SAP ABAP applications to support business processes and digital transformation initiatives.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in SAP systems, ensuring stable and efficient business operations.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
- Design and implement SAP solutions using modern technologies such as SAP BTP, Fiori, CPI PI/PO, and Datasphere (DWC).
- Prepare technical documentation and provide ongoing support, maintenance, and performance optimization for SAP applications.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:
- Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
- Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of ABAP hands-on experience in ECC & S/4 HANA, including exposure to various SAP modules and functionalities.
- Certification: SAP ABAP Certification / one full SAP Implementation experience will be a plus.

2. Assistant Manager ERP – Sales

Key Accountabilities:
- Configure and support the SAP module in line with business requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis, document functional specifications, and support design workshops.
- Lead UAT preparation and execution with business users.
- Provide training, documentation, and process handholding during rollouts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system enhancement and integration.
- Contribute to business process reengineering initiatives using SAP tools.
- Escalate and resolve critical functional issues proactively.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:
- Education: MBA/BBA/BS CS/Engineering or equivalent.
- Certification: SAP certification in the relevant domain (preferred).
- Experience: 4-5 years of domain + SAP experience.
- Participation in 2-3 implementation or enhancement projects.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Proactive and responsible with strong customer service orientation.
- Team collaboration and leadership potential.
