Available Positions
1. Accounts Payable Executive
Location: Port Grand, M.T. Khan Road, Near Native Jetty Bridge, Karachi – 74000
Job Timings: 04:00 PM to 01:00 AM (1 weekly off excluding week-ends)
Job Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper approvals, and compliance with company policies.
- Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes before posting.
- Prepare and process payments (cheques, online transfers) within due dates.
- Maintain up-to-date vendor ledgers, reconcile supplier accounts and aging, and resolve discrepancies.
- Track due dates to ensure timely settlement and avoid penalties.
- Assist in preparation of cash flow forecasts related to vendor payments.
- Provide payable-related schedules and documentation during audits.
- Monitor supplier advances and ensure timely adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations (withholding income tax, sales tax).
- Generate periodic accounts payable reports for management review.

- At least High School qualified.
- Presentable and should know how to tackle customers gracefully.
- Should have an experience of at least one year in a related position.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Should have own conveyance.
