His expertise in aligning business strategy, technology, governance, and organizational priorities positions him to drive sustainable transformation and operational excellence.

Prior to joining Tracking, Qaiser served as Healthcare Digital Transformation Lead at MV IT Consultancy, where he led healthcare technology initiatives spanning Oracle Fusion ERP, HIS, CMS, LIMS, and digital health platforms. His earlier leadership roles at GT Medical and futurelabsa further strengthened his expertise in enterprise applications, laboratory information systems, IT strategy, and digital transformation.
