Qualification: MBA / Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution
Experience: 8 – 12 Years of progressive sales experience in Home Appliances, Consumer Durables, or FMCG

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive zonal sales, volume, and cash collection targets.
- Expand and strengthen the dealer and channel sales network across Karachi.
- Lead, coach, and develop field sales teams, including ASMs and TSMs.
- Identify untapped markets and implement territory growth strategies.
- Oversee dealer credit limits and ensure timely recoveries.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA / Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution.
- 8–12 years of progressive sales experience in Home Appliances, Consumer Durables, or FMCG.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, trade credit management, and territory planning skills.
