We are looking for someone who can turn user needs into meaningful product solutions, prioritize what matters, and drive products from idea to execution. Assistant/Deputy Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop clear and structured Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user stories.
• Understand user problems and translate them into actionable product solutions.
• Prioritize product features and requirements using frameworks such as RICE and MoSCoW.
• Collaborate with technical, business, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholders effectively and communicate product requirements clearly.
• Handle ambiguity and drive problems toward practical solutions.
• Present product ideas, requirements, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
• Support product planning, development, testing, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct product/domain research and contribute to product strategy.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certification: MBA or Product Management certification is an added advantage.
• Experience: 3–4 years of relevant experience in Product Management, Product Development, Business Analysis, or a related role.
• Strong technical foundation and understanding of software and product development concepts.
• Proven ability to create PRDs, user stories, and product documentation.
• Strong understanding of user-centric product development, RICE and MoSCoW prioritization.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
