Brand Manager
Location: Head Office, Karachi
Qualification: MBA in Marketing or equivalent
Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably with an FMCG background
Key Responsibilities (Based on Industry Standards):
Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive market share and brand equity.
Plan and manage 360-degree marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and trade activations.
Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, market trends, and competitive opportunities.
Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize ROI.
Manage brand budgets and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Trade, and Supply Chain.
Drive innovation and new product development (NPD) from insight generation to successful commercial launch.
Oversee digital and e-commerce strategy to optimize online presence and performance marketing.
