1. Sr. Manager Corporate & Legal Affairs
Location: Head Office, Karachi

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
We are seeking a competent professional with strong knowledge to manage drafting and vetting of contracts while ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory laws. Oversee litigation and coordinate with legal counsel. Handle government department matters, including SECP, FBR, SRB, CCP, SEZ, Labour, EOBI, SESSI, PESSI and other government departments. Manage intellectual property (trademarks, copyrights, renewals, registrations, infringements) and consumer protection issues. Liaise with regulators, ensure corporate governance, and provide legal advisory, translating legal requirements into practical business solutions while conducting internal compliance training.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
- Age: 35–40 years.
- At least 6–8 years of relevant experience in corporate legal affairs, contracts, compliance, and litigation.
- Candidates with prior experience in the Foods & Beverages industry will be preferred.
