We are currently hiring for roles in Fire Safety, Merchandising, Product Development, Internal Audit, and Boiler Operations. Available Positions

1. Fireman
   Location: Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi

   Qualifications:

Matric / Intermediate
Requirements:

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience with certification of Fireman or Leading Fireman


Key Responsibilities:

Monitor premises to identify and eliminate fire hazards.
Respond promptly to fire alarms and emergency situations.
Operate firefighting equipment (extinguishers, hydrants, hose reels, etc.).
Conduct routine inspection and maintenance of fire safety equipment.
Assist in evacuation procedures and emergency drills.
Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain records of inspections, incidents, and safety checks.
Support training and awareness sessions on fire safety.

2. Deputy Manager Merchandising

   Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Textile Marketing & Management

Requirements:

Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience (preferably from Garments Industry)


Key Responsibilities:

Handle buyer communication and manage order execution from development to shipment.
Coordinate with production, sourcing, and quality teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Monitor order status, timelines, and resolve production issues proactively.
Negotiate pricing, costing, and product specifications with buyers and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with customer requirements and quality standards.
Prepare and maintain merchandising reports, order sheets, and documentation.
Source materials and follow up with vendors for timely availability.
Manage sample development and approvals.

3. Junior Product Developer

Experience:

Develop and execute risk-based internal audit plans.

5. Boiler Incharge

Certified 1st Class Boiler Engineer (valid license as per regulatory authority)


Experience:

  Biomass-fired Boilers
  Coal-fired Boilers

  Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and control daily operation of biomass, gas, and dual-fuel fired boilers.
Ensure stable steam generation as per process demand, maintaining required pressure and temperature levels.
Monitor boiler efficiency, flue gas composition, and key operational parameters.
Ensure efficient combustion and control of excess air to reduce fuel cost and emissions.
Monitor gas and dual-fuel system performance and switching between fuel modes.
Analyze and report steam-to-fuel ratios, specific fuel consumption, and thermal efficiency.
