System and Compliance Officer (Onsite)
Company: Soorty
Location: Korangi Industrial Area – Karachi
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or a relevant field
Experience: 1 – 2 Years of relevant experience in Social Compliance, Management Systems, or a similar function

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Social Compliance, HSE, Management Systems, and related documentation and records.
- Coordinate for certifications, audits, approvals, and communication with external certification/audit bodies.
- Track and ensure closure of certifications, approvals, audit findings, corrective actions, and compliance requirements.
- Support Group-level certification, compliance activities, budgeting, and follow-ups.
- Prepare reports, trackers, presentations, and management updates.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or a relevant field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Social Compliance, Management Systems, or a similar function in a relevant field.
- Preference will be given to candidates with Social Compliance and Management Systems experience.
Purchase Officer (Onsite)

Location: Korangi Industrial Area – Karachi
Qualification: Relevant degree; strong knowledge of Karachi’s markets, routes, suppliers, and local procurement channels
Experience: Minimum 5 Years of relevant experience in the same position, preferably within a reputable garment or textile manufacturing factory

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day outdoor purchasing activities for materials, supplies, accessories, maintenance items, and other requirements as assigned.
- Source and identify reliable local suppliers and vendors based on quality, price, availability, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Karachi’s local markets, supplier networks, and routes to ensure efficient and timely purchasing.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from multiple vendors and negotiate prices, payment terms, quality, and delivery schedules.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the same position, preferably within a reputable garment or textile manufacturing factory.
- Strong knowledge of Karachi’s markets, routes, suppliers, and local procurement channels.
AM / DM – Design & Development (Onsite)

Experience: 4 – 7 Years of relevant experience in the fashion/apparel industry

- Drive the development of innovative denim and western wear products aligned with fashion trends and market insights.
- Develop seasonal collections, concepts, silhouettes, washes, finishes, fabrics, trims, and garment details.
- Collaborate with R&D, merchandising, technical, and production teams throughout the product development cycle.
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Apparel Design, or a relevant field.
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in the fashion/apparel industry.
- Strong understanding of denim, western wear, fabrics, washes & finishes.
