Available Positions
1. Sr. Engineer – Powerhouse (Utility & Maintenance)
Location: Nooriabad, Pakistan
Last Date to Apply: 31st May 2026
Qualification:
- B.E Electrical / Electronics, B.Tech, or DAE
Experience:
- 5-6 years (preferably from textile industry)
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience in operation and maintenance of chillers, compressors, and powerhouse equipment.
- Familiarity with SCADA systems, networking, and communication protocols.
- Support microgrid control operations involving solar, wind, generators, and BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems).
- Assist in SCADA monitoring, PLC-based control systems, and power quality management.
- Diagnose faults, conduct RCA (Root Cause Analysis), and implement corrective actions related to compressors, dryers, and HVAC plants.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes.

2. Electrical Engineer

Experience:
- 1 – 2 years of experience & Proficiency in AutoCAD
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and modification of electrical drawings using AutoCAD.
- Coordination with site and project teams for execution activities.
- Review of electrical layouts, schematics, and BOQs.
- Monitoring and supervision of electrical installation works.
- Preparation of technical documentation and reports.
- Coordination with vendors, contractors, and internal teams as required.
- Ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

3. Pattern Master
Location: Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi, Pakistan

Qualification:
- Intermediate / Graduate
Experience:
- 4-5 years of experience in CAD-based pattern making (Gerber / Lectra / Tukatech), preferably in a Garments/Textile manufacturing setup.
- Expertise in managing denim shrinkage, washing allowances, and fabric behavior.
- Proficient in adapting patterns to various denim silhouettes and fits (slim, relaxed, tapered, balloon fit, etc.).
- Familiar with CAD systems (e.g., Gerber, Lectra, Tukatech) used for denim pattern development and grading.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop digital/manual patterns based on design specifications.
- Interpret tech packs and ensure proper fit and construction.
- Collaborate with designers, technical teams, and sample rooms to finalize samples.
- Conduct fit sessions and make necessary pattern corrections.
- Ensure final production patterns and grading are aligned with quality standards.
- Maintain pattern library and documentation for reference and reuse.
