Education:

Experience:
- Must have 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development (L&D), Performance Management, and Organizational Development (OD).
Skills:
- Must possess strong communication and coordination skills.
- Must have excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Must be proficient in MS Office.
