Zeenia Waqar Ahmed has embarked on an exciting new chapter as Deputy Manager Human Resources at Ideas Private Limited. With expertise across talent acquisition, HR business partnering, learning and development, employee engagement, and HR operations, she brings a strong people-focused and strategic approach to organizational growth.

Prior to joining Ideas Private Limited, Zeenia served as Human Resources Business Partner at Paysys Labs, following progressive roles in HR operations and talent management. Her earlier experience at Geo Tv Network further strengthened her expertise in employee lifecycle management, recruitment, performance management, payroll, and workplace engagement.

Holding an MBA in Human Resources Management from Iqra University (Official), Zeenia combines strategic HR knowledge with hands-on experience to contribute to Ideas Private Limited’s continued growth and people excellence.
