Adeel Ahmed Appointed as Chief Financial Officer at Novatex Limited

Adeel Ahmed, FCA has embarked on a new chapter as Chief Financial Officer at Novatex Limited, bringing extensive expertise in financial strategy, business partnering, governance, transformation, and performance management.

Prior to joining Novatex Limited, Adeel served as CFO & Director at HRSG – Innovative Business Solutions, where he led Finance, Procurement & Legal while contributing to board governance, enterprise risk management, restructuring, treasury, and finance transformation. His earlier leadership experience with Seddiqi Holding and Galadari Food & Beverage Division further strengthened his expertise in strategic finance, liquidity management, investment planning, and multi-country financial operations.

A Chartered Accountant with qualifications from ICAP and ICAEW, Adeel combines strong financial leadership with a strategic, technology-driven approach to business transformation.
