With more than 𝟭𝟯 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 of diversified experience across onshore and offshore operations, Ali Shan has developed strong expertise in Permit to Work systems, plant operations, shutdown coordination, marine dredging, and construction management. Throughout his professional journey, he has contributed to renowned organizations including ADNOC Group, Wood, Jan De Nul Group, and Descon across major oil fields and offshore infrastructure projects in the region.

Known for his expertise in Permit system Specialization, operational safety, risk assessment, shutdown execution, construction of major flow-lines and live plant operations, he has consistently demonstrated operational excellence while ensuring compliance with international safety and process standards.

His appointment reflects Dubai Petroleum’s confidence in his technical capabilities and extensive operational experience in complex oil and gas environments.
