Position Available

Area Sales Manager – Specialty Team
Experience: 0 – 2 years of relevant pharmaceutical sales experience
Qualification: Pharm-D / M.Sc.

Major Accountabilities:

• Achieve assigned sales targets through effective area planning and execution.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, particularly urologists, endocrinologists, and relevant specialists to drive product adoption.
• Ensure implementation of approved marketing strategies in line with company guidelines.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, prescription patterns, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, area reports, and market feedback while ensuring timely execution of field activities.
• Conduct product presentations and scientific discussions with HCPs.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• Experience in Urology, Endocrinology, Men’s Health, Hormonal Therapy, or other prescription-based products will be preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
