1. Officer / Executive – Finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and manage payment entries in SAP.
• Upload payment files to the bank portal.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations.
• Process full and final settlement entries.
• Responsible for posting indirect and direct invoices.
• Post monthly administrative bills using JV uploader.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s (Finance).
• Experience: 1-4 years of relevant experience.
• Skills: Hands-on experience with SAP. Proficient in MS Excel.

2. Sr. Officer / Executive – HR Commercial
Location: Head Office, Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi

Major Accountabilities:

• Assist senior leadership to align HR strategies and initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and HR analytics.
• Responsible for recruitment of the commercial division.
• Participate in manpower planning and budgeting.
• Coordinate with sales leadership regarding their hiring needs.
• Maintain the recruitment tracker regularly and improve hiring turnaround time (TAT).

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: MBA / BBA in HR.
• Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the pharma industry.

3. Officer / Executive – Validation Engineer
Location: Head Office, Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi

Major Accountabilities:

• Prepare, review, and execute IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols, validation reports, risk assessments, and validation master plans.
• Perform qualification and validation activities for: manufacturing and packaging equipment, HVAC systems, purified water systems, compressed air systems, cleanrooms and utility systems, and computer system validation (where required).
• Lead and execute temperature mapping activities.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, Maintenance, and external vendors during execution of validation activities.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, data integrity, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in deviation investigations, CAPA implementation, and change control assessments.
• Maintain validation documentation and ensure systems remain in a validated state.
• Support internal and external audits and inspections.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical validation or engineering.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of GMP requirements, equipment qualification, HVAC and utility systems, and validation documentation practices. Good technical writing and communication skills.
• Preferred Skills: Understanding of data integrity principles, knowledge of risk assessment tools, strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Preferred Guidelines Knowledge: Familiarity with WHO, PIC/S, EU GMP, or FDA guidelines will be preferred.
