Be Energy, the licensee for the Caltex Fuels Business in Pakistan, is seeking a qualified and experienced QHSE Engineer to drive a safety culture across all operations and continuously improve QHSE systems. This role ensures regulatory compliance, upholds the highest standards, and manages risk assessments, incident reporting, and safety equipment readiness.


Position Available

QHSE Engineer
Locations: Port Qasim (Karachi) & Machik

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
  • Preferred Certification: NEBOSH / OSHA Certification.
  • Experience: Minimum 4–5 years of relevant QHSE experience.
  • Preferred Background: Prior experience in a structured corporate or industrial environment will be preferred.


Key Responsibilities (Based on Poster):

  • Drive a safety culture across all operations.
  • Continuously improve QHSE systems.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold the highest standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and inspections.
  • Manage incident reporting and investigations.
  • Maintain safety equipment readiness.
  • Enforce permit-to-work processes.
