Education:

• Intermediate / B.Com

Experience:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Purchasing / Procurement

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute the procurement process for items while ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with company policies.
• Collect purchase requests from relevant departments.
• Conduct market visits to gather quotations, verify product quality, and compare prices.
• Prepare documentation and route quotations for management approval.
• Purchase approved items from suppliers or manage cash-based market procurements.
• Ensure timely delivery and proper follow-up with suppliers.

2. Audit Officer / Executive – Retail Operations

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

• 1–3 years of relevant audit experience, preferably in retail or FMCG.

Job Responsibilities:

• Reconcile physical stock with system records and identify discrepancies.
• Investigate inventory variances and report findings to management.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOPs, and audit standards.
• Monitor stock movement, shrinkage, and potential losses.
• Prepare audit reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate with store teams to resolve inventory-related concerns.
• Assist in surprise audits and special assignments as required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Karachi.
• Good command of MS Excel and reporting tools.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
