Available Positions

1. Team Lead – Administration

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field
  • Experience: 5 – 7 Years
  • Location: North Nazimabad, Defence (Karachi)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the dealership efficiently.
  • Supervise housekeeping, security, transport, and facility management functions.
  • Maintain office assets, inventory records, and administrative documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for administrative support.
  • Monitor utility management, office maintenance, and workplace discipline.
  • Support management in arranging meetings, travel, accommodation, and official events.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, administrative SOPs, and workplace standards.
  • Prepare administrative reports, records, and related documentation.
  • Handle procurement coordination and follow-up for office requirements.
  • Support implementation of health, safety, and workplace compliance practices.


2. Executive – Social Media Marketing

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field
  • Experience: 2 – 3 Years
  • Location: Defence (Karachi)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Manage and optimize social media platforms to increase engagement and reach.
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital channels.
  • Generate quality sales leads and coordinate with the sales team for effective follow-up.
  • Track and report key marketing metrics, including leads, conversions, traffic, and ROI.
  • Monitor online reputation and respond to customer feedback across digital platforms.
  • Monitor digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Create and publish engaging digital content, including posts, videos, promotions, and customer success stories.


3. Executive – Customer Relations (02 Positions)

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field
  • Experience: 3 – 4 Years (Automotive Industry)
  • Location: North Nazimabad, Defence (Karachi)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently and courteously.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and enhance overall customer experience.
  • Maintain and update customer records and CRM data accurately.
  • Conduct customer follow-ups regarding feedback, appointments, and service updates.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Aftersales, and other relevant departments for timely resolution.
  • Ensure proper coordination and management of the customer reception and waiting area.
  • Support dealership customer engagement activities, events, and campaigns.
  • Prepare customer-related reports and maintain proper documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies, SOPs, and customer service standards.


4. Technician – Aftersales (02 Positions)

  • Qualification: DAE in Relevant Field
  • Experience: 5 – 7 Years
  • Location: North Nazimabad, Defence (Karachi)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of New Energy Vehicles (NEVs) in accordance with company standards.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot EV systems, including high-voltage batteries, charging systems, electrical components, and control systems.
  • Use diagnostic tools and software to identify technical faults and ensure accurate repairs.
  • Ensure safe handling of high-voltage systems and compliance with NEV safety procedures.
  • Coordinate with Service Advisors and workshop teams.
  • Maintain proper repair documentation, job records, and technical reports.
  • Perform pre-delivery inspection (PDI) and quality checks before vehicle handover.
  • Support warranty-related inspections and technical evaluations when required.
  • Ensure workshop tools, equipment, and work areas are maintained properly and safely.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and technical guidelines.


5. Front Desk Officer (02 Positions)

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field
  • Experience: 2 – 3 Years
  • Location: North Nazimabad, Defence (Karachi)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, customers, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage front desk operations and ensure a positive first impression of the dealership.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently and direct them to relevant departments.
  • Maintain visitor records, appointment schedules, and front desk documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for meeting arrangements and visitor handling.
  • Ensure the reception and waiting area remains organized, presentable, and customer-friendly.
  • Receive and distribute couriers, documents, and official correspondence.
  • Assist in administrative and coordination tasks as assigned by management.
  • Support customer handling activities and provide basic information regarding dealership services.
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies, SOPs, and professional conduct standards.


6. Service Advisor – Aftersales

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field
  • Experience: 3 – 5 Years
  • Location: North Nazimabad, Defence (Karachi)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive customers professionally and understand their vehicle service requirements.
  • Prepare job cards with accurate customer complaints, repair details, and service requirements.
  • Coordinate with workshop teams to ensure timely diagnosis, repair, and delivery of vehicles.
  • Provide customers with service updates, estimated timelines, and repair recommendations.
  • Conduct vehicle inspection and explain required repairs, maintenance, and service packages.
  • Coordinate warranty-related matters in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of service records and customer history.
  • Follow up with customers after service completion to obtain feedback and ensure satisfaction.
  • Achieve service quality standards and support dealership aftersales targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and customer service protocols.


7. Executive – Sales (Multiple Positions)

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field
  • Experience: 3 – 5 Years (Automotive Industry)
  • Location: North Nazimabad, Defence (Karachi)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend walk-in customers at the dealership and provide complete product information.
  • Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives for potential customers.
  • Maintain professional follow-up with leads to ensure conversion into sales.
  • Prepare and process sales documentation including booking, delivery, and registration formalities.
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets as per dealership business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and referrals.
  • Coordinate with finance, insurance, and aftersales departments to facilitate customer requirements.
  • Keep updated knowledge of products, features, pricing, and competitor offerings.


8. Team Lead – Spare Parts (Aftersales)

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field
  • Experience: 7 – 8 Years
  • Location: North Nazimabad, Defence (Karachi)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the availability of spare parts to support customer, workshop, and warranty requirements.
  • Identify and order correct spare parts using the Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC) while maintaining optimum inventory levels.
  • Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, stock control, and parts issuance.
  • Prepare and submit inventory, sales, stock variance, and performance reports to Head Office (HO) in a timely manner.
  • Achieve spare parts sales targets and develop opportunities to increase parts sales and profitability.
  • Ensure accurate inventory, sales, and issuance transactions in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
  • Lead, train, and supervise the parts team to ensure efficient operations, high customer service standards, and compliance.
  • Conduct regular stock taking and warehouse audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
