Diamond Fabrics Limited, a subsidiary of Sapphire, a leading name in Pakistan’s textile industry, is seeking talented professionals to join its team. We are currently hiring for two key positions: Executive Treasury in Lahore and Deputy Manager Quality Assurance in Sheikhupura.

Available Positions

1. Executive Treasury
Location: Tricon Corporate Center, H-Block Gulberg II, Lahore

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: ACCA / ICMA (preferred).
• Experience: 01-02 years of relevant experience in treasury or banking operations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage short- and long-term loan documentation, arrangements, repayments, markup payments, and SAP entries.
• Prepare loan portfolio reports, cost analyses, and financial projections.
• Support transaction banking activities, including RTGS/IBFT, and coordinate with the Accounts team.
• Prepare and maintain SAP reports while ensuring data accuracy.
• Coordinate annual banking facility renewals and manage insurance arrangements related to banking facilities.
• Oversee online banking operations and maintain all related documentation.
• Draft and manage professional correspondence with banks, including emails and official letters.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely treasury operations.

2. Deputy Manager Quality Assurance
Location: 26 km-Faisalabad Road, Feroze Wattwan, Sheikhupura

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or a relevant discipline.
• 05-06 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Textile Testing.
• Strong understanding of ASTM, AATCC, ISO, and buyer testing protocols.
• Experience with fabric specifications, SAP, laboratory testing, and quality management systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all testing is conducted in accordance with the latest ASTM, AATCC, and ISO standards.
• Review and implement customer and buyer testing protocols while maintaining fabric specification requirements.
• Monitor development and production testing reports, ensuring accurate SAP updates and compliance with fabric specifications.
• Analyze testing results, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns.
• Track shrinkage performance and collaborate with Apparel and Production teams to maintain quality benchmarks.
• Ensure laboratory compliance with health & safety standards and good housekeeping practices.
• Manage laboratory consumables, maintain records, and oversee testing progress and manpower planning.
