We are looking for talented professionals to join our team as Engineering Coordinator – Facilities Management, Junior Manager Finance, and Junior Manager Operations.

Available Positions

1. Engineering Coordinator – Facilities Management
Subsidiary: Dolmen Real Estate Management
Location: Dolmen Mall Clifton, Karachi

Qualifications & Preferences:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience within facilities management, maintenance coordination, or engineering operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day Helpdesk operations and monitor preventive maintenance schedules utilizing specialized CMMS software.
• Track complaints, service requests, and work orders, ensuring all urgent facility issues are escalated promptly.
• Analyze CMMS data to create comprehensive operational dashboards and KPI performance reports for management.
• Serve as the central point of contact between management, tenants, leasing, and fit-out teams.
• Coordinate with finance for utility billing and invoice processing, while managing general administrative approvals.
• Assist with technical evaluations, facility requirements, and fit-out compliance during tenant onboarding phases.
• Arrange and coordinate technical training, safety audits, site inspections, and meetings for engineering teams.
• Continuously streamline Helpdesk workflows and maintenance tracking systems to maximize overall operational efficiency.

2. Junior Manager Finance
Subsidiary: Dolmen Real Estate Management
Location: Dolmen Malls, Karachi

Qualifications & Preferences:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting, or part-qualified ICAP from a reputable institute.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in property management, malls, or real estate finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue monthly/quarterly invoices and demand notes.
• Monitor agreement terms to track and accurately apply rental escalations when due.
• Audit monthly electricity batches for multiple real estate projects, collaborating with cross-departments to resolve anomalies.
• Maintain, daily update, and present monthly aging and rental collection reports for management review.
• Conduct daily follow-ups with tenants via calls and emails regarding outstanding dues, sending reminders and disconnection notices when necessary.
• Address and resolve daily tenant queries regarding rent, maintenance invoices, and payment discrepancies.
• Reconcile accounts with tenant ledgers, sharing balances and securing payment breakdowns for unmatched transactions.
• Update payments in the RFID Card Schedule and actively assist team members with the broader monthly billing cycle.

3. Junior Manager Operations

Qualifications & Preferences:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
• 3 to 4 years of proven experience within the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and proactive problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with mall retail tenants.
• Manage daily building operations and facilitate tenant requests in compliance with established SOPs.
• Ensure a pleasant, welcoming, and high-quality environment for all mall visitors and customers.
• Proactively identify and report health, safety, and security risks to the Operations Manager.
• Suggest innovative ideas to enhance mall operational standards and overall efficiency.
• Coordinate error-free and timely communication across internal departments.
