With extensive experience across fine dining and QSR operations, Haider has developed expertise in restaurant management, operational excellence, customer experience, team leadership, workforce development, and P&L management. Throughout his professional journey with organizations including Crumble, Marco Polo Resorts, and Chai o’Clock, he has consistently demonstrated the ability to lead high-performing teams while driving operational efficiency and service excellence.

Known for his strong command over quality assurance, SOP implementation, staff training, inventory management, and customer engagement, Haider brings a strategic and performance-driven approach to hospitality leadership. Alongside his corporate experience, he is also contributing to the tourism sector as Co-Founder & Project Lead at SafarNama Tour and Travels.
