Location: Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Rawalakot, Murree, Chillas
Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s in Business Administration
Experience: 1-3 years experience in Beverages/FMCG

Job Responsibilities:
Help create and follow sales plans to increase product availability, sales volume, and brand visibility.
Guide and support order bookers in meeting daily targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Identify and execute marketing opportunities within outlets, fostering in-store branding to enhance brand visibility and attract customers.
Ensure that distributors have optimum stock levels for each SKU according to stock cover days as per company policy.
Coach order bookers to ensure sufficient stock levels of all SKUs at outlet level and ensure products are well-stocked, clean, and properly arranged on shelves and in coolers.
Perform regular market visits to check performance of order bookers and to identify market development and conversion opportunities.
Conduct regular morning meetings with team and provide feedback to improve individual and team performance as per KPIs.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead of the competition.
Handle customer complaints and inquiries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Maintain records of daily sales, visits, and feedback to help make better decisions.
