Key Responsibilities (Based on Additional Information):
Lead trainee programs, including hiring, training, and performance management of trainees.
- Strengthen university partnerships to build HBL’s employer brand among young talent.
- Manage internships and support career development initiatives.
- Organize high‑potential engagement sessions.
- Ensure timely tracking of IDPs (Individual Development Plans) and career goals.
- Serve as a relationship manager for The League and other trainee programs.
- Drive visibility, effectiveness, and long‑term talent pipeline development across the bank.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR.
- Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience with 2 years of experience in talent management.
