Hina Sohail Appointed as Manager Corporate HR at Johnny and Jugnu

Hina Sohail has stepped into a new leadership role as Manager Corporate HR at Johnny and Jugnu, bringing with her a strong track record in strategic HR leadership, talent management, and organizational development across the FMCG and education sectors.

Prior to this appointment, Hina played a key role at Fauji Foods Limited, where she led Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding initiatives while partnering closely with commercial leadership to align people strategies with business growth. Her experience spans performance management, workforce planning, employee engagement, capability development, and culture transformation across dynamic and fast-paced organizations.

With an academic background from Lahore University of Management Sciences and The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), Hina combines strategic insight with a people-centric approach to building high-performance cultures and driving organizational excellence.
