Section 1: Abbottabad Store Positions

A. Management Positions

1. Manager – Store Operations

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 12–15 years of retail management experience (5+ years in a similar store operations leadership role)
Responsibilities: Develop business strategies, manage P&L, coordinate with buying team, analyze reports, lead store team, ensure visual merchandising standards.

2. Floor Manager – Food
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 8–10 years retail operations (3+ years in food category role)
Responsibilities: Plan and control selling activities, product knowledge of Food & Import products, review ordering, coordinate promotional campaigns, ensure FIFO, expiry management, and quality control.

3. Floor Manager – Non Food
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 8–10 years retail operations (3+ years in non-food category role)
Responsibilities: Plan and control selling activities, specialized product knowledge of Non-Food, review ordering, coordinate promotional campaigns, ensure shelf labeling, barcode tagging, and price accuracy.

B. Food Department Positions

Section Executive (8-10 years experience):

Section Officer (2-3 years experience):

Assistant Manager – Security & Loss Prevention
Qualification: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Criminology, Security Management, Law Enforcement, or related field.
Experience: 4–6 years in security management, loss prevention, or retail security operations.
Responsibilities: Manage security operations, supervise security personnel, investigate theft/fraud/shrinkage, conduct security audits, manage CCTV and access control systems, coordinate with law enforcement, develop loss prevention strategies.
