Ismail Industries Limited, one of Pakistan’s leading confectionery and food manufacturing companies behind iconic brands including CandyLand, Bisconni, and SnackCity, is seeking dynamic and results-driven Zonal Sales Managers to drive CandyLand’s sales growth, strengthen market presence, and lead high-performing sales teams in Karachi and Bahawalpur.


Available Positions

1. Zonal Sales Manager – CandyLand (Karachi)
Location: Karachi
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Experience: 5-7 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the FMCG sector


2. Zonal Sales Manager – CandyLand (Bahawalpur)
Location: Bahawalpur
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Experience: 5-7 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the FMCG sector

Key Responsibilities (Both Locations):
Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with business objectives.
Expand product availability and market coverage across the assigned territory.
Manage and develop distributors to ensure efficient supply chain performance and market execution.
Lead and monitor Territory Sales Managers, Sales Officers, and Order Bookers.
Ensure effective execution of trade promotions, merchandising initiatives, and visibility programs.
Leverage market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to enhance market share, numeric and weighted distribution, and sales productivity.
Maintain healthy stock levels, ensure timely order fulfillment, and manage receivables in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
5-7 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the FMCG sector.
Excellent leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Outstanding negotiation, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
Strong customer service orientation and stakeholder management capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive execution excellence.
Strong understanding of market analysis and business development.
