Kamil Masood has taken on the role of Unit Head – Alternative Distributive Channel Settlements at National Bank of Pakistan, marking a significant progression in his digital payments and banking career. With over a decade of experience in cards and payment operations, he brings deep expertise in issuer and acquirer settlements, digital finance, and transaction processing.

Prior to this, he served at MCB Bank Limited and UBL – United Bank Limited, where he led digital banking settlements and ADC operations, contributing to process optimization, risk controls, and financial accuracy across high-volume transaction environments. His experience also includes managing card operations and collaborating with cross-functional teams on strategic payment initiatives.

In his current role, Kamil will focus on strengthening settlement frameworks, enhancing operational controls, and driving efficiency across digital payment channels.
