We are looking for a Head of IT Operations to oversee our critical IT infrastructure and drive technological excellence.

Eligibility:
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s, preferably Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from an HEC recognized institute/university.
Experience: 15+ years of IT experience, including a minimum of 5 years in senior IT operations roles within banking or financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing daily IT operations across core banking systems, ATM/POS networks, mobile/internet banking, and payment gateways.
Ensuring full compliance with SBP, PCI-DSS, SWIFT CSP, and ISO 27001 standards.
Developing and managing DevOps setups, defining microservices roadmaps, and driving program development.
