1️⃣ Area Sales Manager – Nestlé Professional


Business: Nestlé Professional
Location: Hyderabad, Pakistan
Job Type: Full-time, Onsite
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
Experience: 2 – 3 Years of field sales and key account management experience; Out-of-Home (OOH) channel experience is highly preferred

Position Summary:

Responsible for being the key point of contact for all Sales Operations–including Field Sales, Distributors, and Customers–within the assigned Area/Territory. The role ensures delivery of business objectives, execution of channel/category plans, and development of a high-performing sales team while upholding Nestlé principles and standards.


A Day in the Life:

  • Deliver agreed sales targets and KPIs for the assigned Area/Territory.
  • Develop and implement the field sales plan in line with Nestlé Professional strategies.
  • Effectively manage distributors/customers and oversee their daily operations.
  • Ensure flawless execution of Channel & Category (CCSD) initiatives at the Point of Purchase (POP)/Outlets based on priority channels and categories.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality, accurate, and timely market information and reporting.
  • Uphold Nestlé principles, policies, and compliance standards across all operations.
  • Coach, motivate, and develop Distributor’s Sales Teams and Nestlé Direct Sales Force.
  • Drive continuous improvement culture using Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) methodologies.
  • Ensure effective placement and management of company assets i.e. chillers, Vending Machines (ROIC/Throughput).


What Will Make You Successful:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of field sales and key account management experience; Out-of-Home (OOH) channel experience is highly preferred.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing field sales team.
  • Strong work ethic with a self-starter attitude, integrity, and a performance-driven mindset.
  • Solid understanding of key sales functions including Channel & Category Sales Development (CCSD), Customer Management & Negotiation, Distributor Handling & Trade Operations, and B2B/Out-of-Home Sales Dynamics.
  • Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated capability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.


2️⃣ Commercial Planning Manager – Dairy Nutrition Solutions & MILO

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline

Position Summary:

To drive the growth of assigned brands and categories by translating business and brand strategies into actionable commercial plans. The Commercial Planning Manager plays a pivotal role in connecting Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional teams, ensuring effective business planning, efficient trade-spend management, strong distribution delivery, and flawless marketplace execution.


Key Responsibilities:


Portfolio Growth & Performance Management:

  • Drive growth and topline delivery for assigned brands/categories.
  • Track performance across brand, SKU, channel, and geography, identifying key opportunities and gaps.
  • Translate performance insights into clear interventions and action plans with relevant stakeholders.


Commercial Planning & Monthly Business Planning Delivery:

  • Lead commercial planning for the assigned portfolio through the Monthly Business Planning (MBP) cycle.
  • Translate brand/category priorities into clear, executable commercial plans.
  • Surface business risks and opportunities early and recommend interventions.


Integrated Commercial Planning:

  • Develop Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP) plans that translate brand strategy into channel, customer, geography, and SKU priorities.
  • Co-create winning Product, Price, Promotion, and Placement plans with cross-functional teams.


Trade Spend & Investment Management:

  • Plan and manage trade spend within the aligned TTS percentage of NNS for the assigned portfolio.
  • Conduct pre- and post-evaluations of trade activities and commercial interventions.


Distribution & Sales KPI Delivery:

  • Plan and monitor numeric distribution and coverage by brand, SKU, channel, zone, and geography.
  • Identify availability and distribution gaps and develop action plans with Sales teams.


Category, Shopper & Market Insights:

  • Analyze category, shopper, channel, customer, and competitive trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Convert internal and external data into clear commercial insights and recommendations.


Innovation & Commercial Execution:

  • Develop commercial rollout plans for brand activities, innovations, and renovations.
  • Track implementation of agreed activities and identify execution gaps.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales Control to align commercial priorities.
  • Act as the commercial link between brand strategy and marketplace execution.


What Will Make You Successful:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Sales, Commercial Development, Category Management, Trade Marketing, or Marketing.
  • Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of category, brand, channel, and Sales performance drivers.
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actions.
  • Experience in trade-spend planning, activity evaluation, and ROI analysis.
  • Strong stakeholder-management, collaboration, and influencing skills.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.



3️⃣ Production Planner – Sheikhupura Factory

Position Summary:

As a Production Planner, you will be responsible for developing feasible and optimized short-term production plans within capacity and material constraints. You will ensure the availability of materials required to execute production plans while balancing service, cost, inventory, and operational requirements.


A Day in the Life of a Production Planner:

  • Develop feasible short-term production plans within the DPS horizon, considering available capacity, manpower, materials, and production constraints.
  • Identify and proactively address operational constraints, including plant shutdowns, promotional activities, and production requirements.
  • Develop optimized replenishment plans for raw and packaging materials to ensure uninterrupted production.
  • Coordinate directly with assigned suppliers to ensure timely delivery and availability of materials.
  • Define appropriate stock policies and inventory management approaches for assigned SKUs.
  • Identify and resolve material supply and demand issues for raw and packaging materials in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Engage suppliers in Supply Chain improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and create shared value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure production continuity and alignment with business requirements.


What Will Make You Successful:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • 2 – 4 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Production Planning, Distribution Operations, Warehousing, or a related function.
  • Working knowledge of SAP and MS Office; familiarity with relevant SAP Supply Chain/Materials Management modules is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to take initiative and successfully deliver improvement projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and respond effectively to operational challenges.
