Qualifications & Experience (Indicative – Based on Industry Standards):
- LLB / LLM from an HEC recognized university.
- Extensive experience in corporate legal affairs, contract law, litigation, and regulatory compliance within the oil and gas sector.
- Strong knowledge of petroleum laws, energy regulations, and corporate governance.

2. Geologist / Senior Geologist
Qualifications & Experience (Indicative – Based on Industry Standards):
- Master’s degree in Geology or related discipline from an HEC recognized university.
- Relevant experience in exploration, basin analysis, subsurface mapping, and hydrocarbon prospecting.
- Proficiency in geological modeling software and seismic interpretation.
