Panther Tyres Limited, a leading name in Pakistan’s tyre manufacturing industry, is seeking talented professionals to join our team at the Head Office in Lahore. We are currently hiring for two key positions in Human Resources and Sales Coordination.
Available Positions
1. Manager Human Resource
Location: Head Office, Lahore
Last Date to Apply: 17th June 2026
Education & Experience:
MBA in HR with 10 to 12 years relevant experience.
Proven experience in senior HR leadership roles with a deep understanding of HR best practices.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Supervise benefits administration, including salary structures, payroll execution, retirement plans, full & final settlements, group health insurance administration, and employee wellness program.
Advise management on HR policies, workforce planning, and talent development.
Oversee performance management, appraisals, and career development programs.|
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities.
Design and implement training and development programs.
Act as a strategic HR partner and support management on key organizational initiatives.

2. Deputy Manager – Sales Coordination
Location: Head Office

Education & Experience:
Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management.
At least 7 – 8 years of experience in relevant field.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
Responsibilities:
Align with production planning and coordinate with the HOD to ensure smooth production-to-sales alignment.
Prepare and submit daily national sales reports.
Ensure accuracy in posting payments and punching orders, and verify stock availability while communicating the status to the HOD.
Ensure timely settlement of monthly and quarterly adjustments in party ledgers in coordination with the Accounts Team.
Meet deadlines and adhere to organizational protocols in all tasks.
