Position: Deputy Manager – Pharmacy & Surgical Procurement
Location: Patel Hospital, Karachi (Full-time, Onsite)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Pharm-D, MBA in Supply Chain (MBA in Supply Chain Management will be preferred).
- Experience: 4-5 years of relevant hospital experience in procurement or supply chain management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end pharmacy procurement, including sourcing, purchase orders, vendor coordination, and timely availability of medicines and healthcare supplies.
- Prepare procurement and inventory reports while supporting strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations.
- Oversee inventory replenishment, stock optimization, expiry monitoring, and procurement compliance with pharmacy and supply chain teams.
- Lead the pharmacy procurement team to ensure operational efficiency, policy compliance, vendor performance, and process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with organizational goals.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices in procurement processes.

Position: Consultant – Gynecology & Obstetrics (Part-Time)
Location: Patel Hospital, Karachi
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: MBBS, FCPS (Gynecology & Obstetrics).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years post-fellowship experience in a reputable hospital.
- Preferred: Candidate with strong expertise in Laparoscopic Surgery is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient and inpatient consultations in gynecology and obstetrics.
- Manage antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care.
- Perform gynecological and obstetric surgeries and procedures.
- Conduct routine screenings and preventive care services.
- Document findings and communicate plans to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient management.
