Manager – Training (Sales Force Effectiveness)
Location: Head Office, SITE Karachi

Qualification:
MBBS / Pharm D
Experience:
At least 08 – 10 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Work Responsibilities:
Develop & execute marketing strategies for assigned therapeutic areas and product portfolios.
Design brand plans and promotional campaigns aligned with sales goals and market dynamics.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust strategies proactively.
Identify training needs of field sales teams (SE, SSE, ASMs & Sr. ASM) through performance data and feedback.
Design and deliver onboarding, refresher, and upskilling programs focused on product knowledge, selling skills, and compliance.
Conduct train the trainer programs and collaborate with regional trainers to ensure consistent delivery.
Evaluate training effectiveness through pre/post assessment and field impact analysis.
Work closely with sales leadership to align training with performance goals.
Coordinate with HR for competency mapping and career development paths for sales teams.
