Ronin is looking for experienced and strategic leaders to join our team in Karachi. We are currently hiring for two key leadership positions: Head of Human Resources and Head of Supply Chain. Available Positions

1. Head of Human Resources (HR)


Key Requirements:

• Education: Master’s degree (MBA/MS) in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Certification: Professional HR certification such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or CIPD preferred.
• Experience: 12–15 years of progressive HR experience in a corporate environment.
• Leadership: 7–8 years of proven leadership experience managing HR functions or teams.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and organizational development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with Ronin’s business goals and growth plans.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy.
• Lead resource optimization, including workforce utilization, capacity planning, and manpower allocation.
• Manage talent acquisition to ensure timely hiring while improving key recruitment KPIs.
• Design and implement performance management systems, including KPIs, OKRs, and development plans.
• Drive learning & development initiatives, leadership pipelines, and capability building.
• Enhance employee engagement, culture, retention, and overall employee experience.
• Oversee HR operations, policies, compliance, and lead digital transformation and process improvements.

2. Head of Supply Chain


Key Requirements:

• Education: Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 10–12 years of progressive experience across supply chain, procurement, logistics, warehousing, or operations.
• Leadership: Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience managing teams and functions.
• Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, inventory planning, vendor management, and logistics operations.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize costs, mitigate supply risks, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Preferred certifications: APICS CSCP, CPIM, or CIPS along with strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals and business growth plans.
• Lead localization initiatives, strategic sourcing, and procurement planning while strengthening relationships with local and international suppliers.
• Oversee procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and distribution operations.
• Optimize inventory levels, improve forecast accuracy, and ensure the timely availability of materials and finished goods.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Finance teams to develop demand forecasts and procurement plans.
• Manage procurement budgets, drive cost-saving initiatives, and maintain quality and service standards.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the Supply Chain team while identifying training and development needs.
