Shahrukh Tahir Appointed as Head of Human Resources at Adamjee Textile Mills

Shahrukh Tahir has embarked on a new leadership journey as Head of Human Resources at Adamjee Textile Mills, bringing with him more than 15 years of extensive experience in HR transformation, talent strategy, organizational development, and people leadership.

Prior to this appointment, Shahrukh served in several senior leadership roles at Gul Ahmed Textile Mills Limited, progressing from Manager Human Resources to Senior Manager HR (Head of HR – Central), Deputy General Manager Human Resources, and ultimately General Manager Human Resources. Throughout his tenure, he led large-scale HR transformation initiatives, talent management strategies, workforce planning, organizational restructuring, HR digitalization, and performance management across one of Pakistan’s largest textile organizations.

His diverse career portfolio also includes key HR leadership positions at Axact, Naseeb Online Services (ROZEE.PK), and Indus Motor Company (Toyota Southern Motors), where he played an instrumental role in talent acquisition, succession planning, employer branding, compensation & benefits, HR analytics, and process optimization.
