With over 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, brand development, and customer engagement, he is set to drive business growth, strengthen market presence, and lead high-performing sales teams through strategic execution and customer-focused initiatives.

Previously, Shaihzaib served as Medical Information & Relationship Executive at CCL Pharmaceuticals, where he contributed to business development, product promotion, and customer relationship management. Earlier, as Product Specialist at Highnoon, he gained valuable experience in pharmaceutical sales, strategic customer engagement, and market execution, building a strong foundation in the healthcare industry.

Academically, he holds an MBA in Marketing and an MSc in Marketing, reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and professional excellence while building a successful career in the pharmaceutical industry.

Throughout his career, Shaihzaib has earned several prestigious recognitions, including Best Medical Information & Relationship Executive – Center Region (2024–2025). He also achieved three International Global Achiever Tours, proudly representing CCL Pharmaceuticals in Dubai (2023), Baku (2024), and Malaysia (2025) for his outstanding performance.
