With nearly a decade of experience spanning Digital Financial Services, FinTech, Mobile Money, Payments, and Enterprise Technology, Uroosa has built an impressive career delivering high-impact technology solutions that strengthen digital banking ecosystems. Before joining Mobilink Bank, she played a pivotal role at easypaisa digital bank, where she progressed through multiple leadership positions, including Executive Manager Digital Payments & FS Operations, leading mission-critical payment operations, driving service excellence, and managing cross-functional technology initiatives.

Earlier in her career, she contributed to Nokia Pakistan as a CS Core NOC Engineer and Telenor Pakistan as an IP Core & Data Center Planning Engineer, developing deep expertise in telecommunications infrastructure, network operations, and enterprise systems.

Backed by a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Mehran University of Engineering and Technology, Uroosa combines strong technical expertise in Kubernetes, Linux, SQL, system integrations, and payment technologies with exceptional stakeholder management and operational leadership.
