1. Manager – Electrical & Electronics

Job Overview:
Lead electrical, electronics, and automation maintenance functions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ensure maximum equipment reliability, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and lead a high-performing maintenance team.


Responsibilities:
Lead preventiveand corrective maintenance activities for electrical, electronics, and automation systems.
Supervise troubleshooting of PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servo drives, sensors, control panels, and machine electronics.
Plan and oversee maintenance of utilities including compressors, chillers, boilers, RO plant, water pumps, and ETP.
Manage automation projects, machine modifications, panel upgrades, and commissioning of new equipment.
Coordinate with procurement, stores, vendors, and OEMs to ensure timely availability of parts and technical support.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA), prepare technical documentation, and implement corrective actions for major breakdowns.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, LOTO procedures, HSE requirements, and risk assessment protocols.
Lead and develop the maintenance team while fostering a positive, disciplined, and performance-driven work environment.


Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering discipline.
8–10 years of relevant maintenance and automation experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of industrial automation, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, SCADA, and electrical systems.
Proven leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

2. Manager – Audit

Job Overview:
Strengthen operational controls, improve process efficiency, and support risk management initiatives across the organization.


Responsibilities:
Plan and execute risk-based operational audits covering production, inventory, and other operational functions.
Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, SOPs, and compliance with company policies.
Review operational processes to identify inefficiencies, wastages, cost optimization opportunities, and process improvements.
Conduct detailed testing of transactions, reconciliations, and physical verifications as per approved audit plans.
Discuss audit observations with process owners, validate root causes, and develop practical, value-added recommendations.
Monitor and follow up on the implementation of agreed audit recommendations and report progress for review.
Conduct regular floor visits to production areas and stores to identify old-aged, slow-moving, or obsolete stock.
Mentor and guide junior audit team members, review their work, and ensure adherence to audit standards and timelines.


Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as CA / ACCA / CIA will be an added advantage.
8–10 years of relevant audit experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of operational auditing, inventory controls, risk management, and internal control frameworks.
Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple audits, and engage effectively with cross-functional teams.

3. Manager / Deputy Manager – Production Planning & Control (Plastic Division)

Job Overview:
Plan, direct, and control production planning activities to ensure timely fulfillment of customer demand while optimizing resources, inventory levels, and manufacturing capacity.


Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee daily, weekly, monthly, and long-term production plans based on sales forecasts, customer orders, production capacity, and inventory requirements.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, materials, and production resources.
Monitor production execution against approved plans and take corrective actions for delays, bottlenecks, and downtime.
Ensure availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and components through effective coordination with Procurement, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams.
Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to prevent shortages and overstocking.
Ensure accuracy and maintenance of Bills of Materials (BOMs), production master data, planning parameters, and ERP/MRP records.
Review material consumption, wastage, variances, and production efficiency data, and recommend corrective measures.
Prepare and present production planning reports, inventory reports, KPI dashboards, and management summaries.
Coordinate with Production, QA, Maintenance, Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain teams.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, safety requirements, and audit requirements.
Drive lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and cost optimization initiatives.
Lead, mentor, and develop PPC team members.


Requirements:
Bachelor’s of Engineering degree in Mechanical, Industrial Manufacturing, or related field.
6–8 years of relevant experience in Production Planning & Control, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Operations, with minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory or lead role.
Strong knowledge of Production Planning & Control, Capacity Planning, Material Requirement Planning (MRP), and Inventory Management.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities.
Effective leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
