Waqas Lodhi Appointed as Manager Islamic Asset Management at UBL Ameen

Waqas Lodhi has taken on the role of Manager Islamic Asset Management at UBL Ameen, marking a significant step forward in his banking and Islamic finance career. With extensive experience across credit operations, corporate banking, and Shariah-compliant financial practices, he brings a well-rounded perspective to asset management.

Prior to this role, Waqas served at Bank AL Habib Limited, where he handled Islamic financial transactions and played a key role in centralized credit operations. His earlier experience at BankIslami further strengthened his expertise in corporate banking and financial processes.

In his current position, he will focus on managing Islamic asset portfolios, ensuring compliance with Shariah principles, and strengthening governance through effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
